preparation

  1. grate zucchini into a bowl, add scallion (minced) & salt. also sesame oil, a dash of white pepper powder, and eggs (beaten)
  2. add flour & mix until well-combined. let it sit for 10~20 mins so water is drawn out of veg.
  3. fry pancakes in a lightly oiled pan until ~golden brown~ I like to spread out the batter using my ladle so the pancakes are extra thin (like a crepe)
  4. enjoy (w/ friends)!!
